How do I get started?
You can call, email or use the template provided to reach me regarding initiating services. Once it has been determined we will be working together, you will be emailed forms to review & complete electronically prior to attending your first appointment.
How much do sessions cost?
My rate for a 50-minute session is $160, if paying privately. Many clients learn they are eligible for reimbursement from their insurance carrier under "out of network" (OON) benefits. You may call your insurance provider to inquire about such benefits or elect to use service provider such as Mentaya to help you submit OON claims.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. Below are the insurance plans I currently accept. Depending on your specific plan, you may owe a copayment/coinsurance fee per session.
